This ladder is made from Marine Grade 304 Stainless Steel. Comes to you fully assembled. It is designed for the harsh environment of direct salt water contact. This compact design allows for under deck mounting. With the push of of button the locking mechanism releases and then the ladder can be pulled out and deployed down in to the water. when deployed this ladder telescopes down 35" for easy access in and out of the water. When finished it pull up and snap it back in to the locking mechanism. Mounting hardware is NOT included
